Meals for babies from 9-10 months

Rice soup

We need the following ingredients for cooking:

120 g of chicken meat;

half a yolk;

60 ml of milk;

5 g of butter.

Chicken breast should be ground through a meat grinder. Then add half a raw yolk to this minced meat and mix everything well.
Grease the mold with butter, put the minced meat in it and bake for about 30 minutes.

Carrot mousse with zucchini

We need the following ingredients for cooking:

120 g of young carrots;

a piece of zucchini;

1 tablespoon of olive oil;

half a teaspoon of honey.

Scrape out the middle from the zucchini, cut it into cubes together with the carrot. Put everything in a saucepan, add oil and simmer over low heat for about 2 minutes. After that, add 4-5 spoons of water, cover with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes. Later, add honey and beat the ingredients with a mixer until fluffy.

20 ml of milk;

150-200 g of zucchini pulp;

50 g of boiled poultry meat;

1 tablespoon of butter.
